 Health & Safety Technician

 

 

 

 

·         1 - 3 years experience in related field

·         Certified as an auditor with the MHSA, ACSA, and/or ENFORM

·         ISNetworld experience

·         Graduate with certificate, diploma or degree in OHS or related fields

·         Either have or are working towards a CRSP, CSP, designation

·         The ability to work weekends and evenings as required to meet project commitments

·         The ability to travel within and out of the province, occasionally,  as required by our clients

·         Possession of a reliable vehicle, with appropriate registration and insurance in the Province of Alberta

 

  Indoor Environment/Occupational Hygiene Position Available

 

 General Requirements:

 

  • Candidates should possess 0-5 years experience in Indoor Environment and Occupational Exposure Monitoring
  • Graduate with certificate, diploma or degree in OHS/Hygiene/Environmental or related fields
  • Either have or are working towards a CRSP, CSP, CIH, ROH, or P. Eng.  designation
  • Candidates should have the ability to:
    • understand occupational hygiene and workplace exposure principles
    • be familiar with the Alberta Asbestos Abatement Manual
    • pre and post calibrating of equipment for field work
  • The ability to work weekends and evenings as required to meet project commitments
  • The ability to travel within and out of the province, occasionally,  as required by our clients
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle, with appropriate registration and insurance in the Province of Alberta

 

CIH/ROH Consultant Position Available

 

General Requirements:

 

  • Have a CIH/CIAH or ROH/ROHT, designation
  • Candidates should possess 5-10 years experience in Industrial Hygiene
  • Candidates should have the ability to:
    • mentor staff in hygiene and workplace exposure principles
    • design and implement the occupational hygiene programs for various clients
    • manage clients and staff; including scheduling and project workload
    • continue with business development and grow our occupational hygine/exposure service line
    • manage projects from start to finish (meet with client, do up the proposal, conduct the field work as well write the report and close out the project).
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Strong decision making/problem solving abilities; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work weekends and evenings as required to meet project commitments
  • The ability to travel within and out of the province, occasionally,  as required by our clients
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle, with appropriate registration and insurance in the Province
